Introducing the ThinkBook Modular AIPC Concept
This is the ThinkBook modular AIPC concept. From the front, it looks like a very traditional 14-inch notebook form factor. However, when you turn it around, you notice an additional world-facing 14-inch display.
"This thing does a lot of really awesome things beyond that."
In the back, there's an integrated kickstand that comes right off and sits between the two feet. You can lift off the display on the back, magnetically attach the kickstand, and place it on the side of your PC. This gives you a 14-inch travel monitor that you can use. This monitor is particularly great because you can also put it in a portrait orientation for additional flexibility and productivity.
"You also have the option to remove the keyboard and this turns into a Bluetooth keyboard."
By removing the keyboard, you can take the extra display and place it alongside, resulting in a dual-screen solution with your Bluetooth keyboard. This setup can also be placed in a portrait orientation, adding to the flexibility.
Additionally, the device features modular ports. There are two ports on either side, which can be easily swapped out. If you decide you want USB-C on one side or perhaps an HDMI port, you can slide it in and lock it into place. This is great for cable management and allows you to customize your ports as needed.
"This is just really great for people who don't really have a home base and are constantly moving around and traveling for work."
The ThinkBook modular AIPC concept is designed for those who need maximum productivity and flexibility from their device, especially with the multiple 14-inch displays.
