Lenovo's Innovative Concepts at MWC 2026

You won't believe some of these concepts that Lenovo is showing off here in Barcelona. One of my favorite things about MWC is Lenovo. You might be wondering, why would Lenovo, a PC company, be at a show around mobile? Well, MWC is about a lot more than mobile. MWC is about AI, concepts, and technology. This is where Lenovo always shows off some of their best concept devices.

Case in point, three incredible concepts that I want to show you today. I'm going to hand it over to Lauren and Kelly from Lenovo to walk through each of these concepts, but each one is absolutely amazing.

Lenovo Legion Go Fold Concept

First, we have the Lenovo Legion Go Fold concept. The idea behind this is to give you a device that can transform itself and adapt to your needs, especially when traveling. Bag space is a real commodity, so you want something that can fit all of the different things you want to do, such as gaming and getting work done.

Right now, we have this in laptop productivity mode, featuring a Bluetooth keyboard and a kickstand case that folds up into a nice little package for carrying around. When you want to game, we have our controller pieces that can be attached. This device can be used in full laptop productivity mode, allowing you to finish emails and then switch to gaming.

If I take the tablet piece off, you'll see it has a full 11.6-inch display using a P OLED panel. I can detach the controller pieces and attach them to this tablet, allowing for an immersive gaming experience. Additionally, there are rail systems on the other side, enabling portrait mode. This allows for a split-screen vertical mode, where I could have my game on the bottom and tips or tutorials on the top.

For a more compact system, the device can fold back to a 7.7-inch display, making it easier to take into tighter spaces, like on an airplane.

ThinkBook Modular AIPC Concept

Next is the ThinkBook modular AIPC concept. From the front, it looks like a traditional 14-inch notebook. However, when you turn it around, there's an additional world-facing 14-inch display. This device includes an integrated kickstand that can be lifted off and used between the two feet, allowing you to have a 14-inch travel monitor.

This monitor can also be placed in portrait orientation for added flexibility. You can remove the keyboard, turning it into a Bluetooth keyboard, and place the extra display next to it for a dual-screen solution. The modular ports allow you to swap out USB-C or HDMI ports as needed, making it great for those who travel frequently and need maximum productivity.

Yoga Book Pro 3D Concept

Finally, we have the Yoga Book Pro 3D concept. This device features two tandem OLED displays that are 3.2K by 2K and 16 inches. It's designed for 3D modeling and creation without the need for glasses or extra equipment. It includes a discrete Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card.

With this device, you can generate 3D images from 2D images using glasses-free 3D imaging, thanks to its directional backlight and eye tracking. You can manipulate your model using hand gestures, such as rotating it or zooming in and out.

Additionally, the device features snap-on pads for changing lighting and color, as well as an extension to Blender for in-depth 3D modeling.

So there you have it: three very different concepts, all super interesting. The Yoga Book Pro 3D might not be the most appealing to me, but it's incredibly useful for 3D graphics and Blender users. The Lenovo Go Fold is something I genuinely want—a foldable gaming console that can also be a PC, perfect for travel. The ThinkBook modular PC is a smart idea that makes you wonder why it wasn't done sooner.

As always, thank you for watching. Let me know what you think of these innovative concepts from Lenovo in the comments below. Which one's your favorite? Would you buy one of these? Don't forget to hit subscribe and the bell icon for more updates from MWC in Barcelona.
